Do you publish a newsletter and how much does it cost?
Yes! Our newsletter is available to members only.  See membership information in first question.

Will I need to complete any forms before participating in programs or events?
It is our policy to request that each attendee completes a Participant Registration Form.  This helps us apply for additional funding and gives us vital information in case of incident/emergency. If you've never been here before, you can save time by clicking here to complete the Participant Registration Form ahead of time. Feel free to complete it and send it in via mail, email or in person. We would love to give you a tour!   Once we have this information you will receive a swipe card that fits on your key chain.  You must use this swipe card to register your attendance (check in) on the My-Senior-Center computer each time you are at Encore Experiences.

Do you serve lunch or offer take-out meals in your café?
The Café is also open to the entire community and everyone is welcome. Eligible persons, aged 60 and above or disabled, (or the spouse of an eligible person), are requested to make an anonymous, voluntary contribution of $2.00 for the daily special. The community member price (persons under the age of 60) is $5.95. Other soup, salad, and sandwich options are available at reasonable prices.  We are open and offer continental style breakfast starting at 8:00 AM.  Lunch is served from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Click here to see our daily lunch specials.  Special luncheons are also offered at Encore Experiences throughout the year. These luncheons may be cultural or theme based and require early registration. During special luncheons, The Encore Café is not open to the public.
